Michael Avant, an Atkins, Ark., native and lead vocalist for Cover Down, the 101st Airborne Division’s rock band, sings the lyrics of “Chicken Fried,” a song made famous by the Zac Brown Band, during their performance at Forward Operating Base Gamberi Dec. 5, 2013.
