Minneapolis becomes Minnesota’s 254th Yellow Ribbon Network

The Interstate 35W bridge in Minneaplois was lit yellow, along with the IDS Tower and Target Corporation after Gov. Mark Dayton proclaimed Minneapolis a Yellow Ribbon City.
