Second Lt. Ema Loewen, battalion medical officer, 1st Battalion, 67th Armor Regiment, 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, conducts a pull-up during a Cross Fit competition, on Camp Buehring, Kuwait, Nov. 29, 2013. Loewen’s team came in second during the Cross Fit competition, and helped her unit come in first overall in the Death Dealer Challenge, an organized sports competition designed to inspire Soldiers and instill esprit de corps.
