U.S. Army Pfc. Anthony Borg uses a Gatorade bottle to demonstrate how to drop a mortar round into the tube during a live-fire mortar range near Forward Operating Base Gamberi, Nov. 19, 2013. Borg, of Calif., serves as an ammunition bearer with Company B, 2nd Battalion, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, Task Force Patriot. Borg’s demonstration was part of final refresher training done before firing the mortars. This training is helping create a self-sustainable Afghan army. Every student participating in this exercise is an instructor who will teach mortar skills to soldiers back in his organic unit. (U.S. Army Photo by Sgt. 1st Class E. L.
