Secretary of the Navy Raymond E. Mabus delivers remarks to Marine Corps and Navy personnel during an all-hands call at the International Security Assistance Force Headquarters in Kabul, Afghanistan, Nov. 19, 2013. During his visit, Mabus met with U.S. Marine Corps Gen. Joseph F. Dunford Jr., the commander of ISAF and U.S. Forces–Afghanistan. The 75th secretary of the Navy spoke about the future of Navy operations and thanked those in attendance for their contribution to the ISAF mission in Afghanistan.
