All-American cheerleading stars shine

Erika Bongo, a Kadena High School sophomore, Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan, smiles and thanks the National Cheerleading Association instructors after she was named the top all-American at the end of a five-day cheerleading camp, Nov. 8, 2013. Bongo, said she didn’t have any idea she wanted to try out for all-American until the beginning of this year’s cheerleading season.
