Members from the Hawaii National Guard's CBRNE Enhanced Responsive Force Package demonstrate vertical extraction equipment, Nov. 12, at Marine Corps Training Area - Bellows. Members of the People's Liberation Army and U.S. Army personnel demonstrated Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief equipment throughout the day. This exchange is an opportunity to share HA/DR lessons learned from real world events. The DME is an annual USARPAC Security Cooperation Event with the PLA that began in 1998.
