Third Infantry Division Commander, Maj. Gen. John Murray, awards Col. Ron Novack with the Legion of Merit, Nov. 1. Novack, who commanded the 3rd Sustainment Brigade for 26 months, relinquished his position to Col. Tony Coston during a change of command ceremony held at Fort Stewart, Ga.
