Grenada vets, 82nd leaders share lessons learned 30 years later

Operation Urgent Fury veterans share their experiences from the Grenada invasion with present-day division leaders at the Airborne and Special Operations Museum in Fayetteville, N.C., Oct. 25. The division's 2nd Brigade Combat Team hosted the leader professional development seminar and 30th commemoration of the invasion of Grenada to discuss historical lessons learned for the modern global response force. The distinguished guests were (from left) retired Gen. James J. Lindsay, retired Maj. Gen. Stephen Silvasy Jr., retired Col. Jack L. Hamilton, and retired Col. Bob Seigle.
