Command Sgt. Maj. Jefferson Moser, a native of Dearborn, Mich., and the outgoing senior enlisted leader for the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, speaks to those in attendance for his permanent change of station award ceremony after receiving the Legion of Merit here at Marne Garden, Oct. 25.
