U.S. Army Pfc. Santos Iglesias, an infantryman, treats a simulated casualty during the Expert Infantryman Badge course at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Sept. 25, 2013. Iglesias was one of the 171 Soldiers with the 1st Combined Arms Battalion, 63rd Armor Regiment, 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division who started the course and among the 10 completing it.
