Corporal Jason Albright, a team leader with Black Sea Rotational Force 14, and Minneapolis, Minn. native, examines an artifact inside of a local museum during cultural day after a week-long training exercise with Romanian soldiers from the 812th Mechanized Infantry Brigade in Bistrita, Romania, Oct. 12, 2013. The culture day allowed Marines and sailors to experience the rich history and culture of Bistrita. Black Sea Rotational Force 14 is a rotation of Marines to the Black Sea, Balkan and Caucasus regions to work with partner-nation militaries and increase interoperability and military capacity while further strengthening and maintaining mutually beneficial partnerships throughout the Eastern European region.
