U.S. Army 1st Lt. Christopher Hoff inspects radio equipment with members of Japan Self Defense Forces' (JSDF) Deployment Air Force for Counter-Piracy Enforcement unit (DAPE), at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, July 5, 2013.
