VICTORY as runners begin to pass through a refreshing mist provided by firefighters from the Camp Zama Fire Station. Command Sgt. Maj. Steven Payton, Lt. Gen. Masahiro Hidaka, Maj. Gen. James Boozer Sr., and Warrant Officer Yoshiharu Isono, run through a refreshing mist after leading members of all Camp Zama units on a bilateral installation run Oct. 10. The generals and command sergeants major represented U.S. Army Japan and I Corps (Forward) and the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force's Central Readiness Force both headquartered at Camp Zama, Japan.
