Capt. Thomas Q. Kearns (left), the director of the Battle Skills Training School, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, congratulates Cpl. Sean M. Stecher, a heavy equipment mechanic with 2nd Maintenance Battalion, Combat Logistics Regiment 25, 2nd MLG, on becoming his class' honor graduate during a BSTS machine gunner course aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., Oct. 4, 2013. Stecher graduated at the top of his class with a grade point average of 97.5 on written exams and a one minute and 30 second average disassembly and reassembly time.
