Sanders, intelligence noncommissioned officer, guard the wreath to be placed during the Sept. 11 Remembrance Ceremony on Torii Station, Okinawa, Japan. The purpose of the observance is to honor lives lost Sept. 11, 2001 and to honor all service members who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the war against terrorism.
