Forty-six active duty and Reserve chief petty officers stationed at Naval Support Activity Mid-South don their anchors during an official pinning ceremony Sept. 13, 2013. Fiscal Year 2014 had the most advancement quotas available to sailors in about eight years, allowing more than 4,600 petty officers 1st class to advance to chief petty officer across the Navy.
