U.S. Marines, with 4th Marine Division (4th MARDIV), Marine Forces Reserve, stand at attention after encasement of the 4th MARDIV Headquarters Battalion (HQBN) and American Flag during the 4th MARDIV HQBN deactivation ceremony aboard Marine Corps Support Facility, New Orleans, La., Sept. 7, 2013.
