US soldiers partner with Croatian Army to form IR13 Mayor’s Cell

U.S. Army Spc. Fausto F. Jimenez, left, a human resources specialist assigned to the 16th Sustainment Brigade headquarters and a native of Tyler, Texas, hands Macedonian Maj.
