Timothy White, 376th Security Forces Squadron, and an orphan named Roma complete the special handshake members of the Cops 4 Kids organization taught the youth living at the Red River Orphanage in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. About 20 orphans and their chaperones toured the Transit Center at Manas Aug. 28, 2013 and were treated to new clothes and shoes sent by former members redeployed stateside.
