O’Connor, the commanding general of the 21st Theater Sustainment Command, and Helmut Hauffe, the general manager of the Theater Logistics Support Center-Europe the process of physically testing armor plates on Rhine Ordnance Barracks Aug. 22. The nondestructive Test Equipment Armor Inspection System is used to verify 60,000 armored plates for physical and internal defects for units in Europe.
