2012 U.S. Army Combatives Championship
Soldiers from across the Army will descend on Fort Hood to determine the best fighters in the 2012 U.S. Army Combatives Championship July 26-28. Combatives is an Army version of Mixed Martial Arts used to hone warrior skills in hand-to-hand combat. Competitor weigh-ins are July 25. Preliminary rounds are July 26. Semi-final Rounds are July 27. Championship rounds are July 28. Weight classes range from bantamweight to heavyweight male and female.
