Navy celebrates 239 years of serviceNearly 800 sailors from Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, Marine Corps Air Station New River and Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point gathered at the New Bern Convention Center to celebrate 239 years of the U.S. Navy.

The Marine Corps Recruiting Command participated in the fourth annual Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers conference Oct. 16-19, 2014, in Philadelphia. SASE was founded in November 2007 to help science and engineering students of Asian heritage achieve excellence.
