Corine Lombardo, New YorkThe aviation Soldiers are supporting Orient Shield 14, an annual bi-lateral exercise which partners U.S. Army personnel with Japan Ground Self-Defense Forces (JGSDF) for field and staff training exercises, Oct. 27 to Nov. 7. Army National Guard Camp Higashi-Chitose, JAPAN -- Roughly 50 Soldiers from the 25th Aviation Regiment took time to reinforce map reading skills and identifying terrain features while waiting for aircraft to arrive in Japan here, Oct. 18.
