BOSTON - The U.S. Coast Guard issued an urgent marine broadcast to mariners requesting them to keep a lookout for a 32-year old man lost at sea after he was swept into the water by a wave while on Gull Bay Ledge near Monhegan Island, Maine, Friday, Sept. 9, 2011.
