Kandahar Airfield in Afghanistan has gone through many improvements over the last couple of years, including better security. Tech. Sgt. Jason David spoke to Adm. James Stavridis and got his thoughts on the positive change. Stavridis explains the reduction of forces during the "surge recovery," including the areas that ISAF will be focusing their attention in the near future, the number of troop reductions through 2012 and the NATO strategic plan from the current program of transition to a program of strategic partnership post-2014.
