More than fifty 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment soldiers have received the Bronze Star Medal for meritorious service in support of Operation New Dawn. The soldiers are deployed to Contingency Operating Site Kalsu and are scheduled to return home to Fort Hood, Texas in the coming months.
