    Story about Pvt. 1st Class Jason Berry from Carlisle, Pa. joining the National Guard last September while his unit, Company B, 2nd Battalion, 112th Infantry mobilized for Iraq. After Berry completed basic training, infantry and Airborne schools his unit had been serving in Iraq for over two months. Berry was told it was too late to join his Company in Iraq and he would have to wait at home until they returned. Not content to wait, Berry persisted until he was finally allowed to join his unit in Iraq. Produced by Sgt. Sean Whelan.
