U.S. F-22s & F-16s Deploy for Exercise and Training in UAE

SOUTHWEST ASIA – U.S. Air Force aircraft have deployed in support of Exercise IRON FALCON at the United Arab Emirates Air Warfare Center.
The exercise lasts until December 10, and includes F-16s.
The exercise is designed to bring together Gulf Cooperation Council nations plus other countries to strengthen military to military relationships, promote regional security, improve combined tactical air operations and enhance interoperability of forces, equipment and procedures.
During this same time period, F-22s will participate in bilateral training opportunities with Coalition partners.
