U.S. Army Sgt. William Brinkley, a security forces Soldier, assigned to the Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) Zabul, stands guard while U.S. Air Force Capt. Rick Vermillion, PRT engineer, inspects a bridge for improvised explosives devices, damages, or traces of tampering, Oct. 23. The inspections provide safety to the people of Zabul as well as coalition forces while traveling.
