Sgt. Maria Morgan, Kaity, Texas, native, an Army watercraft operator with the 1st Theater Sustainment Command, runs on the treadmill in the gym/generator room of her vessel, the LSV-6 James A. Loux, Oct. 16, in Kuwait. "You have to work out where and when you can," said Morgan. "The deck is filled with equipment when we're underway so we work out here. It's loud, but we can still work out." The LSV-6 is a Logistics Support Vessel which carries cargo and/or equipment throughout the theater in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. LSV-6 has a very important role in supporting the responsible drawdown of Iraq and the reset of equipment into Afghanistan.
