Iraqi Army Col. Hasan Abbas Tofan, commander of the 26th Brigade, 7th Division, speaks with Col. Larry Phelps, 15th Sustainment Brigade commander, through an Iraqi interpreter as part of an ongoing effort to foster the growing relationship between U.S. and Iraqi forces. The 26th recently took military responsibility for the Qayyarah area of the Ninawa province in northern Iraq, part of the 15th's area of sustainment operations.
