Service members from the Canadian Forces Health Services and U.S. Navy's 575th Area Medical Support Company take down the Canadian flag at the ceremony. The service members then raised the U.S. flag to symbolize the change of command. The U.S. will be taking over command of Role 3 Multi-National Medical Unit at Kandahar Airfield.
