Retired Lt. Gen. John R. Vines addresses the leaders of the 16th Engineer Brigade at the Battle Command Staff workshop this past August at Bush Armory in Columbus, Ohio, in preparation for the unit's upcoming deployment to Iraq. Vines was the commander of Multi-National Corps - Iraq in Baghdad from January 2005 until January 2006.
