Before heading out on an early morning, 12-mile road march, Soldiers of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 87th Infantry Regiment, are briefed on the route they will take. For many of these 1st Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division Soldiers, this road march will qualify them to participate in the upcoming Expert Infantryman's Badge test on Fort Drum, N.Y.
