Apgar, 407th Air Expeditionary Group commander, converse during the two general's visit Sept. 24. This was the first joint visit of Ahmed and Kane, and marked a significant step in providing the Iraqi air force with a better understanding of what assets will be available to support them here when the base is transitioned to the government of Iraq.
