Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri Al Maliki departs an Iraqi Air Force C-130 Hercules operated by members of the 23rd Air Force Squadron, assigned to New Al Muthana Air Base, Baghdad. The crew provides airlift support for senior Iraqi officials throughout the country of Iraq.
