Sergeant Major of the Army Kenneth Preston speaks with Command Sgt. Maj. Ronald Flubacher, command sergeant major of the 411th Engineer Brigade, during Operation Sand Castle 2009, at the National Training Center in Fort Irwin, Calif., July 23. The operation consists of more than 1,800 Army Reserve Soldiers assigned to the 411th Engineer Brigade, of the 412th Theater Engineer Command (TEC). Over 40 combat engineer companies from all over the country are here to participate in construction projects and tactical training at NTC.
