The 1st BCT, 4th Infantry Division will relocate to Fort Carson, Colo., later this summer. During the ceremony, Col. Ted Martin relinquished command to Col. Jeffrey Martindale. Martin hails from Jacksonville, Miss., and Martindale calls Sonoma, Calif., his home.
