James Rogers, commanding general, 1st Sustainment Command (Theater) before Rogers briefs her on the capabilities of the 1st Sustainment Command (Theater) at the 1st TSC forward command post on Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. The visit was part of Dunwoody's visit of all major logistics commands in the Middle East. Dunwoody, the first female four star general in the military, commanded the 1st Corps Support Command at Fort Bragg, N.C., from July 2000 to July 2002 before it was redesignated as the 1st Sustainment Command (Theater).
