Despite the frigid morning temperatures, Jan. 2, Marines from Tango Battery, 2nd Battalion, 10th Marine Regiment patrol the streets of Rutbah with Iraqi police officers to provide security for a regional security conference which included leaders from several elements of the Iraqi security forces and U.S. Marine Corps units.
