Staff Sgt. Donovan Lebloch and Staff Sgt. Jeremy Phillips, 557th Expeditionary Red Horse Squadron, cut straps holding a 4500 thousand pound roll of steel together which will be inserted into an automatic building machine, Sept. 9, 2008. Airmen of the 557th ERHS are building K-Span shelters from the ground up to eventually house Army aircraft, one of many new improvements as the base's mission and populace continue to grow here.
