Special Operations Task Force Veterinarian Army Lt. Col. Steven Goldsmith and a JSOTF-P medic give a rabies vaccine to a puppy at a veterinarian civil action project. Held at the Lanao Agricultural College, the two-day project resulted in the treatment of more than 50 animals.
