Sgt. Dwayne Bannister (far left), Sgt. Marika Franklin, and Sgt. David Rhodes, all of Columbia, S.C., were promoted to the rank of sergeant Oct. 22. Bannister and Rhodes are mechanics in the motor pool and Franklin serves as the Class I assistant non-commissioned officer in charge. All are members of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 751st Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 96th Sustainment Brigade.
