Spc. Donald Nichols of Providence, R.I., is a member of Bravo Company, 10th Sustainment Brigade Troops Battalion, 10th Sustainment Brigade. He stands ready to enter his promotion board where he did exceptionally well. Spc. Nichols is the Chemical Operations Specialist for the company, ensuring that not only are there no hazardous preventable incidents, but also is available to assist if any incident does occur. He is also the company Hazardous Materials Officer, ensuring that the equipment returning home meets all Army hazardous material regulations.
